Apart from being on time, our deliveries are perfectly planned, in full agreement with the customer. In case a furniture lifter or other special equipment is required to make the delivery, these may also be booked and arranged for by Jade. While on site our delivery team shall, assist you to move around your new purchase as many times as required until you find the right place for it and also, in case your new purchase shall replace an old item, the latter will be taken out FREE OF CHARGE.

For local delivery our sofas are covered in clear plastic film to protect from dust and dirt while transporting and handling. On the other hand, for international deliveries, our sofas also need to be protected from any mishandling and thus, apart from being covered in plastic they are also covered in bubble wrap and placed in a heavy duty carton box.
